Digital Lifestyle Expo 2010 - Korean Models

10th December 2010 - Today was a busy photoshooting day. Another event this Friday, just like last week. Only this time, I follow my own advice and shoot raw instead of jpeg. Therefore, I can change the white balance of each photo in lightroom without any problem. Only, when choosing between 'as shot' and 'auto' setting in lightroom, sometimes I prefer one over the other mainly by feel. And I feel that photos should look warmer in most cases, not dull and clean looking. Anyway, here's a some photos of a group of models from Korea called Super Girls. They are here to promote a game or something. Anyway, best of luck to the promoter, as most of us ignore it and only care about the beautiful models. Hehehe...



Anyway, let us focus on one model that I like the most here:

Kuala Lumpur International Motorshow (KLIMS) 2010

3rd December 2010 - Today I went to Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) for the KLIMS event. As usual, the crowd of photographers were crazy. Nowadays cameras are so cheap, in all forms be it handphones, compacts and DSLRs.

Anyway, here are some of my shots from today's photoshoot:

 Actually, this is my only favourite photo that I've shot. Others didn't turn out the way I wanted even after post processing in lightroom. Anyway, I've uploaded them all into the slideshow below:

Subang Parade DSLR Fair Models Photoshoot

28 November 2010 Subang Jaya - Nothing to do on a Sunday afternoon, so I went to Subang Parade. Didn't expect a DSLR Fair with free model photoshoot! However, the crowd was crazy so I didn't get any good shots with my D5000. However, I tried to squeeze in and zoom in from the sea of photographers. Hehehe!

Also, there was Santa and a Santarina walking around the mall. Woohoo!

Maybank Car Of The Year Event Models

20-11-2010 KL - I attended the Maybank's Car Of The Year event at Matrade. Nothing spectacular, just there to shoot some models. hehehe.

Next :

I used my Nikon D5000 paired with my Nikon 18-200mm f/3.5-5.6G ED IF AF-S DX VR II lens for all the photos above. I only used my pop-up flash as I don't have a speedlight but when the new Nikon SB700 is out, I'll definitely buy it. That's all folks. Have a nice day!

Yoga and Pole Dance Theme Photoshoot

30-10-2010 Putrajaya - I joined another photoshoot organized by Cruiser's Photography. This time, it is outdoor at the Putrajaya Water Sports Complex in Precinct 5, after Pullman Lakeside.

Here are the photos for the Yoga Theme. Model is Nika Karan from Poland.

Next is the Pole Dance theme, model is Michelle Chuah:

After that, we changed location to the boat docking area. This time, the yoga theme with model Nika Karan is on the floating platform. It was a bit wobbly, but hopefully the photos are good. Here are the photos:

Finally, the set for Pole Dance with model Michelle Chuah. However, the floating platform is too shaky to put the pole dance on it. So, we settle for a location nearby the lakeside. Here are the photos:
